*We deliver to most of the UK and delivery days are Monday-Friday.
*We strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours and will make every effort to ensure your order is sent out as soon as possible.
*The cost for delivery is free for the order £65 and over， £6.95 for the order £45 and over, and £10.95 for all the order below £45.
*Our packaging will keep it nice and cold inside and safe for up to 48 hours, so no need to worry too much about it.
*Unfortunately, we don't deliver to every corner of the UK, although we do our best. Our courier partner is DPD/DHL.

*Please kindly noted we need the description of the issue as well as a photo of the problem and packing slip included in your order. We are unable to offer a refund/replacement without proof of the issue.
